All too frequently, we tend to forget that sometimes newcomers and visitors, or even residents, have a simple question that can be answered by simply answering the question before they ask it.

Please note, we know this list is incomplete, and probably will never be fully complete. If you have any additional questions that are not answered below feel free to send us an email.

We have changed the utility bill due dates.

The bills will now be due from the 5th thru 15th of each month.

After the 15th a 10% penalty will be added to your bill if not paid.

All bills  with penalty have to be paid by the 25th of the month.

Cut offs on all unpaid bills will be on the 26th of the month.

The drive thru window  will only be open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM the 5th thru 15th also.

If you have any questions about your bill please call 796-2231
